Back in 2016 we released 'Leaves Of Grass', a collaborative EP between Tarwater, Alva Noto and怎么在电脑上用谷歌. Each tracks scored a poem by American wordsmith Walt Whitman. Iggy Pop contributed spoken word recordings, while Tarwater and Alva Noto created the music.
These recordings were pressed on a limited vinyl run. Now, 4 years later, 'Leaves Of Grass' is finally available digitally as well!

We’re exited to present a compilation of hard-to-find Japanese indie & DIY pop, compiled by Saya from the iconic duo Tenniscoats. Saya and her band are part of a current music scene, which is only little known outside of Japan. „Minna Miteru“ focuses on that very scene: the featured bands and musicians share a certain idea of DIY, and are also connected through frequent collaborations and mutual appreciation.
Minna Miteru" has been in the making for almost two years and wouldn't have been possible without the efforts of Markus Acher (The Notwist, Spirit Fest) and his label Alien Transistor.
„Minna Miteru“ will not appear on streaming & download platforms, but it is out on both 2LP and 2CD. Both formats feature 27 tracks and a 32page booklet.

Hawgood's love of reel-to-reel tape machines and vintage synthesizers is combined with Murray's melodicism and richly textured digital sound design. ‘Farewell Islands’ is an arresting, fluorescing album that blends full-frequency dronescaping with a slow-burning ambient minimalism.
